Brussels, ITUH, room B

You are herewith invited to the EWCs coordinators network meeting. It will take place on 29 September 2011 in Brussels, ITUH- Room B. The meeting will start at 9h00 and will end at 17h00. An area map is enclosed for information.

Interpretation has been requested to and from English, French and German. We have also requested the possibility to speak (passive) Spanish and Swedish.

Please note that the 35th meeting of the EPSU Standing Committee on Public Utilities will take place on 28 September 2011, at EESC, 2, rue van Maerlant, 1040 Brussels.

We expect participating unions to cover all travel and subsistence costs of their representatives. Should you require accommodation, a list of hotels in Brussels is attached.

Please fill in and return the attached participation form by 20 August 2011 at the latest.
