We are pleased to invite you to the next Plenary Meeting of the Hospital Sector Social Dialogue Committee will be held on Friday 2 December 2011 at the Borschette Centre, Room AB 3C. It will start at 9h15 and end at 13h00.

The EPSU-HOSPEEM Steering Committee will meet as from 08h30 till 09h15.

It will be followed by a preparatory meeting for EPSU participants (separate trade union group meeting) from 09h15 till 10h15, venue and meeting room to be confirmed. We will then have the Plenary Meeting from 10h15 till 13h00.

We expect to have active interpretation to and from English, French, German and Swedish. We also have asked the European Commission to provide for passive interpretation for Finnish and Italian and this has been confirmed yesterday. However, we could not get Spanish interpretation as asked for.

In the afternoon the first meeting of the Drafting Group “Ageing Workforce” will take place from 14h30 till 17h00. This only concerns the five colleagues involved in the talks and negotiations with HOSPEEM, see table with nominations uploaded to webpage http://www.epsu.org/a/7576.

There we also have uploaded the Draft Minutes (including 5 TO DO points) in EN, FR and SV. This document is still being translated into DE and ES and will be uploaded to http://www.epsu.org/a/7575 in the next days on availability.

The European Commission will reimburse travel and subsistence expenses up to 27 representatives from EPSU affiliates from EU countries in accordance with their financial rules. Further information on this will be sent with the official European Commission invitation.
