(29 October 2020) The public hearing in front of the Grand Chamber took place 26 October 2020. The lawyers of EPSU and Commission defended their respective positions. They were subsequently subjected to questions of the European Union highest legal Court.
It was announced that the Advocate General will present his report on the 19th of January 2021. Due to Covid travel restriction only a small EPSU delegation could attend.
In the meantime the legal community is taking an interest. Following a whole seminar devoted to the case an imminent legal labour expert has now issued his analysis on T-310/18 and C-926/19 P
